How long does it take from the time I order to the time you ship?-  That depends on the customization.  If you want them as is and in bulk, then it will ship within 2 days of placing your order or you can pick up same day.  However, customizing will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to stain and seat the chairs. 

 Where are you located and can I pick up my order?  We are in Cleveland Ohio and yes, you may pick up the order.

 Will you pay for shipping or do I pay for shipping?- The customer pays for shipping.  However, buying in bulk will save on shipping.  So the more you buy the more you save.

What are you chairs made out of and do I have to seat them?  Our chairs are mader from hard maple wood harvested from the state of Pennsylvania...And we can seat them for you, for a small fee which is basically the material used.., depending on what you'd llike., We also give you a download with all that information on how to do it. 

Are they made in the USA- Absolutely! They were designed and crafted right in the state of Pennsyvania where the wood was harvested from the maple trees that grew there. 

Are they durable and how much weight will they hold?- very durable.  They were made to withstand anywhere from 300-350 pounds. So more than the standard dining chair, which holds an average of 200 - 250 lbs.

How many do I have to order to be considered 'bulk' ?  anything over 6 is considered bulk and will be discounted in tiers,, so if you buy 10 or more you'll get x% off but 20 or more would be a deeper discount and so on. We will gladly go over our bulk sale pricing with you.

What If my order is wrong or I just don't like them- We want you to be satisfied so we will make every effort to make your order right,  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the chairs period, you must call or email us and All returns must be started within 3 business days of  taking delivery.  That means you must reach out to us within that 3 day window to verify the reason for the return and so we can send return postage.  We then allow for 2  days to time stamp for return delivery.  We hope this doesn't happen however, and we will make every effort to satisfy and make your order rightl.
