Every frame in the collection is authenticated by the original Union City Chair Company brand stamp, certifying its origin as part of the final Noram  institutional production run. This "new-old-stock" pedigree ensures a level of craftsmanship and engineering that is no longer found in modern commercial manufacturing.  

Built for high-traffic university and hospitality environments, these frames feature solid Northern Hard Maple construction and traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery. This over-engineered standard provides a lifespan and structural stability that modern mass-market furniture cannot match. 

Delivered as "New-Old-Stock" raw frames, this collection offers total creative freedom. Architects and designers can specify custom stains, high-performance lacquers, and bespoke upholstery to ensure the final piece integrates seamlessly into a project’s specific aesthetic. 

While the current industry standard for custom commercial seating is 20–24 weeks, our entire 2,000-unit inventory is physically held in our Cleveland warehouse. This allows for immediate project fulfillment and eliminates the logistical risks associated with overseas manufacturing, shipping delays, or backordered production runs.
